Important Information – Licence & Termly Payment

All students who wish to take part in our sessions are required to hold an annual £20 ‘Member to Member’ training licence.
This licence is a requirement that covers your child to train safely within our club environment. It is payable once per year and would need renewing annually in the same month your child first began training.

Please note, this £20 licence is separate from the termly class payment.
The termly fee is a discounted rate that guarantees your child’s placement in the club from week to week, securing their space for the full term ahead.

We’ve worked hard to keep both costs as accessible as possible for families, while still ensuring a high standard of safety, structure, and value in every class.

📩 Once you’ve submitted this After School Club application, a link to the Licence Form will appear on the confirmation page. This must be completed before your child can participate.

  • Please do not put more than 1 child on the same form, all students must have their own individual form.
