The Miles for Music Visionary Scholarship is a $500 award that will be given to a Miss Texas' Teen contestant who demonstrates creativity, individuality, and a passion for giving back. Created by Miles for Music, a nonprofit organization founded by Emma Fossum to promote music education, confidence, and self-expression in youth, this scholarship is presented in partnership with DFW Piano Gallery’s Maestro Bruno and Mallory A. Felts. It celebrates young women who use their unique talents—whether through the arts, advocacy, or community service—to inspire and uplift others.
Applicants should embody the mission of Miles for Music by leading with heart and using creative self-expression to make a difference in their communities. The winner will be selected by Mallory A. Felts, who has combined her backgrounds in ballet, marine conservation, and digital marketing to champion the causes she loves. This scholarship is for visionaries—young leaders who believe that their voices, actions, and passions can spark meaningful change.
