  • Subject Competence was simply calculated by averaging your self-assessment of subject Competence Rating and Subject Skill Readiness score.

  • Personal Qualities Score is calculated from your Agree-Answers in the quiz. Strongly Agree will get you 5 points; Strongly Disagree will get you 1 point. Some Statements are inverted, so that Stronlgy-Agree gets you only 1 point and Strongly-Disagree gets you 5 points. 

    Further more for each personal quality chosen the formular gives you a point. This score is combined with the other score from the quiz.

  • Interpersonal Skills are calculated by adding all the points from the scenario quiz. Best answers get 4 points, least suitable answers get 1 point.

  • Workplace Related Skills are calculated from your Agree-Answers in the quiz. Strongly Agree will get you 5 points; Strongly Disagree will get you 1 point. Some Statements are inverted, so that Stronlgy-Agree gets you only 1 point and Strongly-Disagree gets you 5 points.
