Accurate measurements are essential for your child’s pushchair assessment and must be completed before we can proceed. Forms submitted with missing or inaccurate measurements are likely to cause delays, as we will need to request the information again.

Measurements (cm) IT IS REALLY IMPORTANT TO GET THESE MEASUREMENTS AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE SO WE CAN ENSURE THE BEST FIT WITH GROWTH POTENTIAL. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE OVERALL CHILDS HEIGHT SHOULD BE WITHIN 5-7CM OF THE COMBINED A +B + C MEASUREMENTS. IF IT IS NOT WE WOULD ADVISE REMEASURING. AS THERE IS LIKELY TO BE A MEASURING ERROR
