          • The purpose of developing a BNI Referral Team is for highly successful , like-minded business people to come together on a weekly basis to mastermind, brainstorm, and synergize with their combined talents and experience in order to generate referrals and revenue for each other. To be clear, the goal is for each member of the group to perform at the highest possible level. To facilitate trust, commitment, and accountability in the pursuit of these goals each member of The BNI Core Group agrees and commits to the following: • Signed Chapter Launch Commitment Form/Win-Win Agreement. This establishes clear expectations of both the applicants of this group and our facilitators and trainers. .• Be completely committed to the success of all members of the group. • Be completely open, and transparent with fellow group members regarding successes, challenges, and failures as a team member of this launching BNI chapter • Attend all meetings during the launch process o Attend Launch Info Sessions (2 per week) ▪ Approximately 1 hour in length Note: It is expected that you send a substitute in your place if the absence is planned and that under no circumstances are No Call No Shows tolerated. Repeated absences will result in a dismissal from this process • Respond to team members and leaders in a timely manner. Forms of communication include (but are not limited to): o Phone Calls o Emails o Slack Messages • Live the BNI Core Values with all members of the group o In the spirit of Givers Gain, be a Giver with all members of the group. o Display a Positive Attitude and be supportive, even when times get difficult o Give Recognition to fellow group members for their efforts and accomplishments. o Engage in Lifelong Learning as it pertains to the group, including reading and other learning in connection with and preparation for group meetings. o Building Relationships by keeping commitments to the group. o Embrace the value of Traditions + Innovation by sharing and implementing best practices and innovative ideas that come with synergizing as a group. o Accountability is the foundation of this new BNI chapter. Be willing to hold fellow group members accountable with kindness, while also being accountable yourself. Bonus Value for launch chapters: Bias for Action... We have a bias for action. We have a higher tolerance for course correction than for a lack of action. I agree and commit to all items stated above. I understand that failure to fulfill my commitments may result in loss of membership with the group.

            In order to promote the standard of excellence needed for the long-term success of this new Chapter Core Group, it is important to follow the proven BNI system. These are the commitments and expectations participants need to commit to for this success to be achieved.

            I understand that I am expected to attend all core group meetings. I must arrive on time,attendance will be recorded and I understand that I cannot miss more than two (2)meetings.
            I am responsible for building this group, NOT my Launch Director or BNI. With that inmind, I understand that I must bring, at minimum, one (1) visitor every week. Additionally, in order to fully secure my seat and continue with the group, I understand Imust sponsor two new applicants/members into the group.
            I understand that during this phase, the group needs to reach 20+ paid applicants inorder to reach the Launch Phase and graduate from the launch process and becomea formal BNI Chapter.
            I am responsible for continuing to bring visitors weekly and to display a positive andsupportive attitude with everyone involved.
            The cost to participate is $998.00 (application fee and 1-year term fee -debit card only) and is due within 48 hours acceptance into the group. I further understand that the core group processis managed by a BNI® Launch Director Consultant therefore the application fee of $199.00 is non-refundable.
            The term fee of $799.00 for one year, $1399.00 for two years, or $2799.00 for five years,are refundable ONLY if the group does NOT successfully reach Launch Phase and it is determined by BNI, in its sole discretion, that the group will not move forward.
            Additionally, I understand that if I am removed from continuing to participate in the core group, by the Launch Director, I will NOT be entitled to a refund of any fees which have been paid. Instead, I will only be issued a certificate of credit for the remainder of my membership term.
            I understand that once this group gets to Launch Phase a Leadership Team will be developed by the BNI® Director Consultants. I agree to participate on the Leadership and Support Team, if asked, and attend the required Leadership and Support Team trainings.
            By getting involved in this start-up group I agree to follow the proven system developed by BNI®. I agree to be coached and to be held accountable by the Director(s) involved with this new Chapter core group.
            I understand, and agree, that I am expected to abide by these standards of excellence. Furthermore, If I fail to meet any of these commitments, I understand that my Launch Director will have the sole discretion to remove my application, open my category, and prevent me from further participation in this launch process.
