You must have attended at least 1 tennis camp session or indoor classes to qualify for the Intermediate/ Advanced Camp. Would you like to sign your child up for a FREE Youth Membership with the Alpine Regional Tennis Association(ARTA)? The membership allows your child (age 8 or older) to play in the annual ARTA Youth tournament which takes place later in the summer. This is not required, and only the parent's email will be used for communication through the ARTA email list.

I give permission for my child’s image to appear and be named in photographs and/or videos, in newspaper articles about the Summer Tennis programs, and any other story publications in connection with the Summer Tennis programs, including the Sportsplex/ARTA Facebook pages and/or websites.

I understand payment in full is expected prior to the start of my child’s participation in the Summer Tennis Program.
