  • The Client Portal is a secure portal through which you can access your tickets raised with Curveball. It allows you and your delegated users to collaborate on tickets, projects, and limited user management. In the portal, users can:

    • Submit and monitor the status of their tickets
    • Read selected articles and documents in your Autotask knowledge base
  • Access levels

  • What level of access would you like to have? (Basic user - manage your own tickets) (Advanced - see all company tickets).

    You can also choose at this point to deligate access to your users.
