Hartford Care Community Grant Form

The Hartford Care Community Grant is a new initiative designed to give back to our local communities. We are making a £1,000 grant available to community causes in Southampton.

After the closing date on 11th June, a panel of judges made up of Hartford’s team will undertake a selection session. When a winner is chosen, Hartford will undertake due diligence on the winning organisation before confirming who has been selected.

Please upload any supporting documents, including as many images as possible of your volunteers/ your cause in action. If you are successful in the grant application we may use these to promote the collaboration.

Terms and Conditions

When applying for the fund, you agree to:

Only use the funds for your project as outlined in the application form, and start this project within three months of being awarded the funds unless otherwise agreed
Only use the funds for costs incurred after the date of being awarded the funds
Provide us with updates on the progress of the project when requested (a few months after the launch to provide case study material)
Use our logo and credit Hartford Care in all promotional materials related to the project
Obtain our written consent before changing the funded project or its purpose
Act lawfully in carrying out your project and in line with best practice from relevant regulators
Us publicising and sharing information about you and your project, including images
Acknowledge that we are entitled to suspend or terminate the funding in the following situations:
- You use the grant in any way other than outlined in your application form
- You fail to make good progress with your project without discussing with us
- You provide false or misleading information
- You bring Hartford Care into disrepute
