Program Description:

KYMA - COMMUNITY SOUND HEALING EXPERIENCE

We are excited to be hosting KYMA, Mantra Music Artist, Sound Healer, and Mindfulness & Meditation instructor at the Art O Mat! KYMA will be offering Community Sound Healing and Meditation sessions monthly at the Art O Mat beginning Thursday, May 29th, 2025.

The monthly sessions will take place every third Thursday through October 2025! Providing a safe space for community care and healing, KYMA uses guided meditation and breathe work through live instrumentation and voice to guide participants through this calming experience.

All classes will begin promptly at 6PM-7:30PM
