Scholarship Qualifications & About: 

The World Changer Scholarship is available to a Miss Texas or Miss Texas' Teen contestant who exemplifies leadership, passion, and a commitment to making a lasting impact.  This scholarship honors young women who are not only dreaming big, but taking bold steps to bring their vision for a better world to life. 

Whether through advocacy, volunteerism, entrepeneurship, or creative community projects, our World Changers are making waves and we're here to help them go further.

To be eligible for the World Changer Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Demonstrate a clear commitment to their community service initiative.

Exhibit character, integrity, and a vision for continued positive change.

Submit a response to the World Changer Essay Prompt (500 words or less)
