She Leads: Live Boldly, Lead With Purpose - Tomara L. Johnson-Thompson Memorial Scholarship honors the extraordinary life, leadership, and legacy of Tomara Johnson-Thompson—a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, soror, and businesswoman whose passion for excellence and service continues to inspire. Tomara was a dynamic force in her community, committed to uplifting others and cultivating leadership among young women. This scholarship reflects her dedication to education, entrepreneurship, and the empowerment of future leaders.

The scholarship is open to high school young women, juniors and seniors who demonstrate academic ambition, leadership potential, and a desire to pursue a degree in business, leadership studies, or a related field.
Applicants should show a commitment to community service, personal integrity, and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact in their communities—values that Tomara lived every day.

To apply, students must submit a 200- to 500-word personal essay.

Demonstrate a history of service, or leadership involvement in school or community-based organizations.
