    Join Us for VETFEST OKC – Saturday, September 6th at American Legion Post 12 in Warr Acres!

    Presented by Oklahoma Veterans United, Eagle OPS Foundation, and OKC-Area Partners
    VETFEST OKC is a free, family-friendly event focused on supporting and connecting the veteran community--no motorcycle required!
    From 10 AM to 3 PM, veterans and their families can access on-site resources and expert support, including help with:
    Applying for VA Benefits
    Claim Status Questions & Guidance
    Filing Disability Claims
    Updating Dependents & Filing Survivor Benefits
    The day also includes:
    Live music, games, raffles & auctions
    Food trucks on site (pending availability)
    Veteran-focused resource booths
    A welcoming, community-centered atmosphere

    🃏 Want to Ride? Join the 8th Annual Heartland Homeless Veterans Poker Run!Riders are welcome to participate in the Poker Run, which ends at the VETFEST location--but the ride is optional and open to the public:
    Registration: 11:00 AM at Papa’s Leather (6623 NW 23rd)
    Kickstands Up: 12:00 PM
    Final Stop & Festivities: American Legion Post 12 (6101 NW 50th, Warr Acres)
    High Hand: $250 | Low Hand: $100
    50/50 Raffle + Auction Items
    All proceeds support veterans experiencing homelessness

    VETFEST OKC is free and open to all veterans, service members, and their families.

    Our primary mission is to address the needs of veterans by connecting them to services and resources. Priority will be given to eliminate as many barriers as possible to ensure veterans have access to the support they need. We will be looking at the following criteria: distance travelled, connection to VA Healthcare & Service Connected Disability.
