* There is a $300 application fee for For-profit, Private-Sector Companies and Veteran-owned Small Businesses that are not sponsors. The fee must be paid for the application to be approved to march in the Parade or participate in the Festival.You will be contacted once we receive your application to discuss details.

All fees are waived for sponsors, VSOs, non-profits, community organizations, and academic institutions.

I, the undersigned, hereby affirm that I am an authorized representative of the above organization regarding its participation in the 2024 Philadelphia Veterans Parade. I have reviewed and understand the Parade Information provided on the parade's website, and agree that I and my group will abide by its guidelines and policies. I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee my group's participation, which will be determined upon review of this application, and (if applicable) its adherence to parade rules and policies in past events. I affirm that I and my group understand that the purpose of the Parade is to honor the service of our veterans and members of our military, not to endorse or support any political agenda, and that any individual or group that attempts to use the Parade as a forum for this purpose will be denied participation and will forfeit any expenses incurred.

By applying to participate in the 2024 Veterans Day Parade and/or Festival, I agree as follows:

1. Release. I, for myself , and for my heirs, successors, and assigns, and all persons claiming through any of them (“Releasing Parties”) do hereby release the City, PVP, Inc. and their officials, departments, agencies, agents, representatives, boards, commissions, employees, officers, contractors, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”), from any action, causes of action, suits, claims, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs), at law or in equity, which any of the Releasing Parties may have against the Released Parties for any loss, damage or injury to property or person, including death, relating to or arising from my participation in the Parade and/or Festival.

2. Assumption of Risk. I voluntarily assume all risks of loss, damage and all injuries (including personal injury, disability and death) that may be sustained while participating in the Parade and/or Festival, whether said loss, injury, or damage may be due to the act, omission, or gross negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise. Further, I do hereby hold harmless the Released Parties against any and all liability, damage, loss, claims or demands which arise out of or are in any way connected with myself or my child’s participation in the Parade and/or Festival, whether or not caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Released Parties.

3. Visual Image/Photo Authorization. I authorize, without compensation, the use by the Released Parties of my image and/or voice recordings relating to and occurring during the period of my participation in the Parade and/or Festival. This authorization includes permission to reproduce, publicize, broadcast or display my visual images or voice recordings, with or without my name, and without any form of compensation for the use of my images, name or voice recordings, throughout the world, an unlimited number of times in perpetuity in any and all media, now known or hereafter invented.

4. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OVER AND HAVE READ THIS RELEASE FORM AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND AGREE TO SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY.
