By registering as a member of StuddyRollz and/or purchasing and consuming any products offered by StuddyRollz (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge, agree, and consent to the following:

 

• Legal Age & Capacity

I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older, of sound mind, and legally permitted to purchase and consume cannabis-based products in my jurisdiction. I understand that StuddyRollz products are intended for adult use only and must not be shared with minors or unauthorized persons.

 

• Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation as a member and any consumption of StuddyRollz products is voluntary and at my own discretion. I take full responsibility for any and all outcomes, effects, or consequences resulting from such use.

 

• Health Risks & Medical Conditions

I acknowledge that cannabis may cause temporary or long-term physical and psychological effects, including but not limited to drowsiness, anxiety, dizziness, altered judgment, increased heart rate, or exacerbation of existing medical conditions.

I further confirm that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, medication use, or other risk factors that may affect my safe use of cannabis products, and that I have consulted or will consult a licensed healthcare provider where appropriate.

 

• Product Responsibility & Intended Use

StuddyRollz products are intended for personal, recreational use only and should not be used before driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity that requires full cognitive function.

I understand that cannabis affects individuals differently and agree to use all products responsibly and in moderation.

 

• Limitation of Liability

I fully release and discharge StuddyRollz, its owners, staff, agents, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation, consumption, or use of any products or services, including but not limited to medical complications, injury, loss, or damages.

 

• Indemnity Clause

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless StuddyRollz from any liability or expense, including legal fees, incurred as a result of my use of the products or any breach of this agreement by me.

 

• Consent to Communications

I consent to being contacted by StuddyRollz via phone, email, or social media for purposes including but not limited to order updates, promotions, and membership-related communication. I understand I can opt out at any time.

 

• Binding Agreement

By signing or submitting this form electronically or physically, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this waiver and disclaimer. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica (or your local jurisdiction), and any disputes shall be resolved therein.
