  • Evesham Township invites you to participate in this year's Evesham Harvest Fest!  Interact with a crowd of more than 20,000 and enjoy a show featuring family activities, live music and a focus on exhibitors.  This year's annual Evesham Harvest Fest will be held from 10:00am to 4:30pm on Saturday, September 27, 2025, rain or shine.  The festival takes place on historic Main Street in Marlton.  

    The Evesham Harvest Fest includes a show of original work that is designed, created by and sold by the artist/exhibitor.  To qualify, artists must submit three photographs of their work, a completed application, an exhibit space contract, a Hold Harmless agreement, and the $100 fee.  While submission of an application does not automatically result in acceptance, every effort is made to include as many artists as possible while assuring quality and a wide variety of exhibitors.

     

    Event Information

    DATE & TIME:  Saturday, September 27, 2025, rain or shine                         

    Check-in and set-up:  7:00am-8:00am                                       

    Festival Hours:  10:00am to 4:30pm

    Takedown:  4:30pm to 6:00pm

                                 

    LOCATION & EXHIBIT SPACE: 

    Outdoors, along Main Street Business District, rain or shine.  All booth display equipment must be provided by the exhibitor.  A single booth is 10' wide by 10' deep.  Infringement on adjacent spaces or open spaces around your assigned area will result in an immediately-payable second space charge of $100.  Special space requests may be granted at our discretion on a first-come, first-serve basis, only if requested in writing on this application.  No rearranging of booths can take place on the show day, NO EXCEPTIONS.

     

    APPLYING & JURYING:  

    Each artist and craftperson must submit:

    1. A completed and signed application (emailed once this form is submitted)
    2. Three (3) numbered prints that are representative of the work to be exhibited.  No websites please.  If you participated in the 2024 Harvest Fest, no prints needed.
    3. A print of all work in a booth dispay as it will appear
    4. Sales Tax Number (required)
    5. A SASE to return materials (if sent via USPS), otherwise they will not be returned.
    6. Hold Harmless Agreement (emailed once all information is provided)

    No applications will be considered without these items.  Please write your name on each print.

     

  • CATEGORIES:

    Jewelry, Pottery, Glass, Fiber, Paper, Metal, Wood, Photography, Prints, Drawings, Watercolor, Acryilic, Oil

    • All work must be original and the handmade work of the Exhibitor in a choice of media listed above.  NO KITS, COMMERCIAL ITEMS OR IMPORTS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THIS SHOW.

    DEADLINE & FEE

    Deadlines for entries:  August 1, 2025; No Exceptions                        

    $100.00 fee for a single space.

    Send payment directly to Evesham Township C/O Clerks Office - 984 Tuckerton Rd., Marlton, NJ  08053.  Attach all other required documents to this application or email them to Evesham Harvest Fest via Thea Chrupcala at chrupcalad@evesham-nj.gov.  

     *Payment can also be dropped off directly to the Evesham Township Clerks Office at 984 Tuckerton Road.
