In compliance with applicable federal statutes, William Henry requires that all wholesale partners and authorized resellers read the following acknowledgment and confirm compliance prior to the purchase, receipt, or return of any automatic-opening knife.

As a purchaser operating in a commercial or institutional capacity, you certify that your company or agency qualifies under at least one of the exemptions outlined by federal law governing interstate shipment of automatic knives:

Federal restrictions prohibit the shipment of automatic-opening knives across state lines, with exceptions made only in the following circumstances:

1. Shipments to civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers, or to employees of the Federal Government, when the knives are ordered or purchased in connection with official governmental activities.
2. Shipments to active Armed Forces personnel or government employees acting within the scope of their official duties.
3. Shipments to supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, Air National Guard, or state militias (including those of any State, Territory, or the District of Columbia), for official use.
4. Shipments to municipal or state government agencies, or political subdivisions thereof (e.g., counties, cities), through their authorized officers or employees, in connection with official duties.
5. Shipments to manufacturers or bona fide dealers of such knives in fulfillment of an order placed by any of the entities described in items 1 through 4.
   William Henry does not authorize the sale or return of automatic-opening knives outside of these statutory exemptions.

Acknowledgment and Certification

By completing and submitting this form, the undersigned certifies on behalf of their organization that:

• The purchase and/or receipt of automatic-opening knives from William Henry is in full compliance with federal law;
• The knives will be used, distributed, or resold only in accordance with the exceptions noted above;
• The buyer accepts full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local laws governing possession, resale, and shipment of automatic-opening knives.

This acknowledgment must be completed and signed for any order or service request involving automatic-opening knives to be processed.
