VENDOR ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
For services performed for St. Petersburg College on July 27 2024, I on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns and personal representatives do hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Board of Trustees of St. Petersburg College and its officers, servants, agents, contractors and /or employees
(collectively hereinafter referred to as "RELEASEE" from and against any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me or under my control or in my possession, whether caused by negligence of release or otherwise, while I am performing services for the St. Petersburg College.
I voluntarily assume any risk of loss for, and hold RELEASEE harmless from, any and all damage caused to my property or property within my possession or control including but not limited to any camera equipment, cell phones, computers, props, electronics or other equipment. RELEASEE shall not be responsible or liable to me for damage to either person or property that may be occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of third parties.
I will not use any of the equipment or personal property of the College without the express consent of an authorized representative of the College. I hereby agree to indemnify RELEASEE for any and all damage to the Premises, or any property of RELEASEE 's in or about the premises caused by my acts, omissions or unauthorized use of the same. Before leaving the premises, I will return the equipment authorized to be used by me in the same condition as it was given to me.
I further agree to indemnify, defend and hold RELEASEE harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, court costs and attorney's fees arising from any act or omission of mine while performing services for St. Petersburg College.
I agree to at all times abide by the laws, rules and regulations of St. Petersburg College and any applicable federal, state and local ordinances and regulations while performing services for St. Petersburg College including, but not limited to violation of decency laws.
I acknowledge and represent that I have read and understand this document and that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent to execute the same.
