You can reserve a puppy only after your application is reviewed and we talk through any questions. When you submit this application, we will schedule a follow-up call. After this meeting, if it is a good fit, then you'll have the opportunity to choose a litter and reserve a puppy by sending in a $500 non-refundable (but transferrable) puppy deposit. • Puppy Contract with Breeding Rights

This contract is between Teddy Puppies, LLC. (Seller) and the Buyer for one Goldendoodle puppy at the age of 8 weeks. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for a dog under this contract, which is allocated towards the total cost of the dog (plus 6% Georgia state sales tax). This administrative fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, but Buyer may defer to a different litter. Puppy Agreement: The Adoption Fee is to be paid in full when the puppy reaches 7 weeks of age. Reserved puppies not picked up by 9 weeks of age will incur a $35 daily pet sitting fee. Any transportation requested outside of Canton, GA (flight or ground) has an additional fee. Puppies are not sold on a trial basis. All “normal” puppy behaviors (chewing, nipping, barking, digging, high energy, etc.) are not faults and are the Buyer’s responsibility to address with training and maturity. Buyer understands no dog is 100% non-shedding or allergy-proof. Minimal shedding can be expected. Allergies are not grounds for a refund. Buyer understands size is an estimate only. No refund if puppy outgrows the desired size. Puppies are matched to families based on temperament, not physical appearance. Buyer agrees never to take a Teddy Puppies dog to a shelter or resell to a pet store. If the Buyer can no longer care for the dog, the Seller will assist in rehoming. No refund will be offered. Buyer understands puppies are recently vaccinated and may show false positives due to modified live vaccines. Buyer agrees to share vaccine history with their veterinarian. Buyer authorizes Seller to use photography/video of Buyer’s puppy (including Buyer’s likeness, if present) for marketing. In case of dispute, both parties agree to at least four hours of mediation under the United States Arbitration & Mediation (Cherokee County, GA). Costs are split equally. Seller Representations: guarantees the puppy has received age-appropriate worming and has been examined by a licensed veterinarian at the time Buyer takes possession. Seller provides a two-year health warranty from the date of birth against life-threatening congenital defects. Buyer must provide veterinary records and conclusive proof of defect (or necropsy if deceased). Seller may seek a second opinion at their own expense before considering refund. Reimbursement for genetic defects is limited to the purchase price minus the $500 deposit. OFA hip/elbow dysplasia must be diagnosed at Buyer’s expense. Excludes viral illness, infections, parasites, cancer, endocrine disorders, and issues caused by ingestion of foreign objects/toxins/injury. Seller is not responsible for any veterinary/medical expenses under any circumstances. Breeding Rights Guarantee 1. Puppy Health Testing Breeder Buyers may complete OFA, PennHIP, or equivalent health certifications (hips, elbows, cardiac, eyes, or other relevant tests). Testing is not required by Seller, but in the event a Buyer chooses to complete such evaluations, the following guarantees apply 2. Failed Breeding Qualification – Hips & Elbows: Hip and elbow dysplasia are considered multifactorial (genetic and environmental). If the dog is evaluated and fails OFA or PennHIP testing for hips or elbows, Seller will refund 50% of the breeding rights fee (the difference between pet price and breeding price).Example: Pet price = $3,500, breeding price = $6,500 → refund = $1,500.Dog remains with Buyer as a pet and must be spayed or neutered. No refund/credit is provided if failure is the result of trauma or injury as documented by a licensed veterinarian.3. Failed Breeding Qualification – Cardiac and Eyes: If the dog is evaluated and fails another test relevant to breeding (such as cardiac or eyes), Seller will refund the full breeding rights fee (difference between pet price and breeding price).Example: Pet price = $3,500, breeding price = $6,500 → refund = $3,000.Dog remains with Buyer as a pet and must be spayed or neutered. 4. Credit Option: Instead of a cash refund, the Buyer may choose to take a $3500 credit toward the purchase of another breeding-quality puppy from a future litter or utilize $3500 stud service credit from Teddy Puppies. Credit must be applied within 24 months. Credit is transferable only with the Seller’s written consent. 5. Conditions & Exclusions: guarantee applies only if formal testing is completed and official results show the dog is unsuitable for breeding. Seller is not responsible for hip/elbow failures caused by obesity, over-exercise, or poor management, but recognizes such issues may be difficult to separate from genetic causes. For this reason, refunds for hips/elbows are capped at 50% of the breeding rights fee. Refunds/credits exclude the $500 deposit/administrative fee. If the Buyer elects not to perform health testing, no breeding-related refund or credit will be available.
