2025 Heart of the Hui Student Entry Form

STUDENT ENTRY FORM
Use this form for entry of Hui No'eau's Heart of the Hui: Student & Faculty Showcase. This form must be completed prior to dropping off your artwork at the Hui on receiving day. Please contact Josephine Bergill-Gentile, Hui Exhibitions Manager at josephine@huinoeau.com or (808)572-6560 ext. 23 for help filling out this form. The information provided here will be used on the day of receiving when you drop off your art piece/s at the Hui.

Artwork receiving day: Tuesday, May 20th from 9am-4pm

Artwork receiving will be held in a drive-through format at Hui No'eau's main house front entrance. Please be sure to have the online entry form filled out and all artwork labeled prior to arriving at the Hui on receiving day.

Payment

The non-refundable entry fee is $10 per piece. Please be sure to carefully select the correct number of pieces being entered for payment. We will NOT be accepting entries that have not been paid for and we will not be accepting payment on receiving day.
