    If you would like to apply for a vendor location, please fill out the form below and pay the participation fee. 

    Each vendor space will be approximately 8ft x 8ft, chalked out on the ground at the CAW.

    Some spaces will be indoors, and some outdoors. Please be prepared to bring a pop-up tent and all the other materials you will need to display what you are bringing. Our assumption is that vendors will bring their own tables, chairs etc. There are a few folding tables available for rent (see below) but quantity is limited so if you can, please bring your own. 

  • Ground Rules for Participating

    By clicking "I Agree" below you indicate the following: "I understand that this is event is primarily for artists and other creative community members to share ephemera, junk, treasures, antiques, art, assemblage fixings, collage collateral, and other materials of interest to artists and artistic people. If the materials I wish to share do not fit that category, I will clearly state so above, for review and approval before inclusion in the show. I also further understand that the items I share should be safe to handle and purchase, and that not using my best efforts to protect the safety of others is grounds for rejection from the event. This event will be open to the public of all ages and backgrounds. If the items I intend to display involves explicit nudity, obscenity, and/or things that might be given an “R” rating, I must notify the organizers ahead of time to agree on a plan for their display."
  • Liability Waiver

    By clicking "I Agree" below you indicate the following: "It is my intention to participate in an event under the auspices of the Santa Barbara Arts Collaborative, at the Community Arts Workshop. I release the Santa Barbara Arts Collaborative, the City of Santa Barbara, their members, their officers, and their representatives, from any liability for loss, theft, or damage to any piece of property, equipment, art, material, or any other item I bring to participate in this event. This agreement is executed and effective on the date I submit this form."

        Use a CAW tableIf you would like to use one of the CAW's folding tables instead of bringing your own, we will have a limited number available for a small fee. (Please note that our tables are frequently used for art classes and other messy uses, so bringing a table cloth or other cover is advised.)
