  • REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS SERVICE AGREEMENT

    This Agreement is valid on the date that {companyName} receives an email receipt of approval from MMK Accountants Ltd and is made between:


    MMK Accountants Ltd, Company Number: 7900052 (herein referred to as the 'Provider')

    AND

    {companyName}, Company Number: {companyNumber} (herein referred to as the 'Client')


    1. Purpose
    The Provider agrees to supply the Client with the use of its address as the Registered Office Address for the Client’s limited company in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement.


    2. Service
    The Provider will allow the Client to use the following address as the registered office of the Client’s company:

    960 Capability Green C/o MMK Accountants,

    Luton,

    Bedfordshire,

    LU1 3PE,

    United Kingdom


    The service includes:

    -                 Listing the address with Companies House as the registered office

    -                 Receiving official government correspondence (e.g., from Companies House and HMRC)

    -                 Forwarding official mail via email upon receipt



    3. Fees
    The Client shall pay £120/year (including VAT).
    Payment is due on the agreed date each month via your chosen payment method.

    4. Term & Termination
    This Agreement is effective from {startDate} and shall continue on a rolling monthly basis.
    Either party may terminate the agreement by giving 30 days’ written notice.
    If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, the Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service immediately and remove the registered office listing. This suspension would include the refusal to accept any mail related to the Client.

    5. Client Obligations

    The Client must not use the address for trading, advertising, or general correspondence unless separately agreed in writing.
    The Client agrees to promptly notify the Provider of any changes to its company details.
    The Client must not use the address for any unlawful or misleading purposes. If the address is used as such, the Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the agreement immediately.


    6. Mail Handling
    Mail will be scanned and emailed to the Client.

    All mail that does not contain 'MMK Accountants' on the address will be returned to the sender.

    7. Limitation of Liability
    The Provider will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from use of the address.


    8. Data Protection
    The Provider will handle personal and company data in accordance with the UK GDPR and will not share client data without consent, except where required by law.


    9. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

     

    By signing this agreement, I agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this agreement. I declare that I am an authorised person to act on behalf of {companyName} and sign this agreement. I understand that if an unauthorised person has signed this agreement, this agreement is invalidated, and the services detailed above will not be provided.
