I, the undersigned cardholder do hereby authorize the use of my credit card to pay for any appraisal related services ordered on my behalf by TBC and or any partnering Lender/Broker ("Lender") in conjunction with my application for mortgage financing. Such includes authorization for any Appraisal Management Company (AMC) selected by the Lender to charge my credit card for services. I will be obligated to pay for all services performed whether or not financing is obtained from the Lender or if the appraisal is canceled prior to completion. This authorization and payment obligation shall apply to any other payment method (e.g. check, wire, ACH) used by me or on my behalf for appraisal services. Furthermore, I understand that in accordance with law, appraisal assignments may never be conditional upon the final opinion of value. Also, I acknowledge that certain factors may cause additional costs to be incurred in the course of this assignment (e.g. need for Comparable Rental Schedules or Operating Income Statements, additional trips, financial inspections, change of appraiser, cancellations, or complexity I understand that my information will be saved to file and that this authorization shall apply to any of my financing applications with the Lender.

I also authorize the use of my credit card to pay for costs related to any Interest Rate Lock/Float Agreement(s) executed in conjunction with any of my applications for mortgage financing. Customer Signature

If your credit card is declined, TBC will request a new form or send a payment link . To avoid delays, ensure data above is correct. You may also want to alert your credit card company in advance to expect such charges or to confirm sufficient balance.
