Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Bricks and Minifigs during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of my child’s registration, I assume all risks associated with participation in hands-on creative activities, including but not limited to minor cuts, slips, trips, or exposure to small building materials.

I release, absolve, and hold harmless Bricks and Minifigs, along with its owners, staff, instructors, and representatives, from any and all liability or claims for injuries or incidents that may arise during participation in or travel to and from camp sessions.

In the event of an injury or emergency, I authorize Bricks and Minifigs staff to seek appropriate medical care and understand that reasonable efforts will be made to contact me as soon as possible. I acknowledge that while every effort will be made to provide a safe environment, participation in group activities always carries some risk.
