• YHS Marching Band + Color Guard Student Registration & Intent ** 2025-26 Season **

    Planning to be in the Yulee High School Marching Band? Help us understand how your student will participate in the YHS Band program for the 2025-2026 Season. This is the information we need to plan and allocate resources - and communicate effectively with you - for the upcoming season. If you have more than one student in band, please fill out a separate questionnaire for each student.

    RESERVING YOUR MARCHING BAND DRILL SPOT: Marching Band students must register via this form (required)  before 5/24/2025 to ensure a spot in the field show drill.  Marching Band drills are custom designed for our exact member count -- once the drill is designed, performers cannot be added. 

    Additionally you will be required to make a $100 Initial Fair Share Installment along with this application. Fair-Share Installments can be made via our website: yhsband.com/category/fair-share-contribution

    The Yulee Band Parent Association deeply believes that every student should have the chance to participate in our enriching marching band program, regardless of their family's financial situation. To support this commitment, we offer a Financial Assistance Program that can help cover a a portion or the entirety of the fair share contribution. If you would like to explore this opportunity, we invite you to learn more about fair share and complete the financial assistance application available on our website yhsband.com. The Fianncial Assistance Application Deadline is June 1, 2025. 

    BAND CAMP IS MANDATORY FOR MARCHING BAND MEMBERS.  Summer Band Camp attendance is mandatory for marching band members (this is when performers learn marching basics and the field show. Marching band is a full team sport, success can only happen when all performers are present when we are learning the drill.)  Please Keep in mind the times mentioned below are used to give you an idea of the schedule and are TENTATIVE.     • After band camp, practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays
      4:30pm til 7:30pm
      Football games are Friday Nights
      Competitions are on Saturdays (usually 4 to 5 are scheduled)
