Terms & Conditions
1. You dip at your own risk. NECRET is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the event
2. No driving to the beach. All participants must travel by bus from the hotel – this is part of our event licence (If you have exceptional circumstances, seek permission in advance)
3. A group photo (from behind) will be taken as proof for sponsors - No faces are shown - Optional fun photos will also be taken at the hotel/beach - If you don’t want to be photographed, don’t pose
4. Sponsorship cards & money must be returned: - On the morning of the Dip - Or to the Oncology Unit, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital beforehand
5. Individuals signing up alone will be: - Placed into a group - Given a Group Leader (who handles check-in) - Your name & phone number will be shared with the group (Alternatively, form your own group of 6+)
6. By registering, you give consent for: - Your data and images to be stored and used by NECRET for 5 years

7. You will receive a personal registration card - Bring this on the day - It matches your sponsorship card - If you bring it, you’ll be entered into a free draw
