Summer Camp #3 = August 19, 20 & 21 (Boys and Girls Ages 6 -16)

*Players in each age group will be divided into their appropriate skill level stream (group sizes are between 7-10 players per group with 1 staff coach).

*There is the possibility of an all girls group(s) depending on total number or registered players.

Schedule Information:

*Open to all skill levels and playing experience*

Location = Saddle Park (across the street from the Church)

Check In and Drop Off= Begins at 9am (Players can begin to warm up and play on their own)

Session Time = 9:30am - 12:30pm (3 hours of soccer training and games)

Pick Up = No later than 1pm (Players can stay and continue to play while we clean up equipment and field area)

*4 total hours of child care*

Sessions are designed and facilitated by local profressionally certified coaches.

Our coaches have worked with players of all ages in the Fraser Valley Soccer community. Additionally, all lead coaches are employed by the Abbotsford School District and have extensive experience working with students as teachers and/ or coaches in various soccer academy programs.

Players will particiapte in a number of individual and small group activities, as well as small sided games in an indoor futsal soccer setting. These will allow players to learn and develop both technical and tactical aspects of the game.

By submitting this form, I hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnity Summit Soccer Schools, its volunteers, staff, organization, sponsors and any affiliated person to Summit Soccer Schools from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities and expenses on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrants participation in our programs.

Consent for Pictures and Videos:

I, the parent/guardian of the registrant, a minor, provide consent to Summit Soccer Schools to use pictures and videos of registrant for advertising purposes o social media only. If a parent/ guardian or registrant does not wish to have their image to be used in this manner, they may request to have their image be excluded.
