Business / First Class flights require a separate service (please choose that service if that is your preference)
Additional travelers or hotel nights may require an added fee due to the time-intensive nature of this research

Additional travelers or hotel nights may incur added fees, payable prior to the consultation. I understand that this service is a planning and strategy session only. LuxuryTravelsWithPoints does not book flights or hotels, nor control airline or hotel award availability. I understand that while the team will provide guidance on award availability, redemption options, and points optimization, desired dates, hotels, cabins, or point prices cannot be guaranteed. I acknowledge that some point transfers may not post instantly, and if availability disappears before points are credited, LuxuryTravelsWithPoints is not responsible. I acknowledge that all sales are final, including missed appointments, cancellations, or no-shows. I agree that this consultation is for educational and strategic guidance only; I will complete all bookings independently. I understand that this service helps avoid mistakes such as transferring points incorrectly, overpaying taxes/fees, or missing award availability, but it does not guarantee award flight or hotel bookings.
