OAKLAND: not booking

stairs: our studio is up a flight of stairs with no elevator (9 steep steps). if you have any mobility limitations I do home calls or can book our appointment at another studio that is more accessible.

masking: we ask folks to bring a n95 mask to wear in the studio <3

CHICAGO: august 5-7, 11-12

studio is wheelchair accessible via elevator. as of now (8/6) all spots are filled for 5-7, but 11-12 are open.

MONTREAL: august 14-15

one short step to get inside and then access via elevator to get to studio. bring home slippers or socks to wear inside studio.

NEW YORK: september 2-5, more days coming for september and october

shapeworld september 2-5 --> closest subway stop is Morgan L, wheelchair accessible via elevator
