                      Thank you for applying to our show(s).  Please allow us 7-10 days to review your application, you will receive an email with our decision.  While we make every effort to accommodate booth preferences, specific locations cannot be guaranteed. Booth assignments are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to make adjustments to booth placements as necessary to ensure the overall success of the event.  If your application is accepted, a deposit of 50% will be required with your DocuSign contract within ten days of notification.  The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to the show.
