Our Standard Cleaning Package is designed for homes that are currently maintained and need routine cleaning.

What’s Included in a Standard Cleaning?
- General dusting and wiping of accessible surfaces
- Kitchen and bathroom surface cleaning and sanitizing
- Exterior appliance cleaning
- Inside microwave cleaning
- Mirrors cleaned
- Trash removal
- Accessible floors vacuumed, swept, and mopped
- Light bed straightening/making
PLEASE NOTE: Standard Cleaning does not include deep-cleaning or detailed work, excessive buildup, pickup or organization, inside refrigerator or oven cleaning, baseboard detailing, blinds, interior window cleaning, or other specialty add-on services.

Homes requiring additional attention may be recommended for our Diamond Cleaning Package or quoted for additional services.

• A $30 travel fee applies to appointments located 30+ minutes from our home service area (ZIP Code 76006).

• A $25 pet fee may apply when excessive pet hair or pet-related buildup requires additional cleaning time.

• Excessive pickup/clutter is not included and may require an additional Home Reset/Pickup Service.

• We do not service homes with active pest/vermin infestations, animal waste, mold, biohazards, or unsafe conditions.

• Requested dates and arrival times are not guaranteed until confirmed by Top Tier Cleaning.

Your appointment is considered confirmed only after you have received confirmation from a Top Tier Cleaning team member and completed any required booking steps, including the applicable deposit.
