North Idaho Quilters Youth Sewing & Quilting Camps Registration

July 27 - July 31, 2026
We are excited to present this opportunity for preteens and teens!

Sewing Camp (ages 9-16):
Campers will learn how to sew or refresh their sewing skills. We anticipate that campers will make at least 2 projects but we encourage quality workmanship over quantity of projects. Campers must attend both days. Kits are for camp time only. July 27 & 28, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. at the Shriners Event Center in Hayden, ID.

Quilting Camp (ages 10-16 with experienced sewing skills or have attended sewing camp):
Each camper will make a finished quilt in 3 days! Attending Sewing Camp or advanced sewing skills are required for Quilting Camp. Campers must attend all three days. Kits are for camp time only. July 29- July 31, 10:00am to 4:00 pm at the Shriners Event Center in Hayden, ID.

Register campers for either or both events! Pre-Registration is required to attend.

Campers must be committed to attending all day, every day, they sign up for. We do not have enough volunteer staff members to individually work with those campers who choose to miss time for appointments, sports practice, or other activities. We have a waiting list for camp each year and only want those kids who are willing and able to attend each day.

Fee Covers: materials, precut fabric, and afternoon snacks.

*Campers must bring their own lunch and water bottle.

By allowing pictures of my child/dependent(s) to be taken, I grant North Idaho Quilt Guild, a 501(c7) nonprofit organization, permission to use photographs, or other digital media of my child/dependent(s) (collectively referred to hereafter as “Photos”) taken on the dates of July 28 - August 1, 2025 at the Coeur d'Alene Shrine Club Event Center. I understand and agree that all Photos will become the property of North Idaho Quilt Guild. I irrevocably authorize North Idaho Quilt Guild to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, reprint or distribute the Photos as well as any statements or quotations my child provides for any lawful purpose. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. Additionally, my child/dependent(s) and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or relating to the use of the Photos.

Camper must be 10-16 years of age and have advanced sewing experience or have attended sewing camp. Kits are for camp time only. The camp will be held Wednesday, July 29th - Friday, July 31st, 2026 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
