Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is designed for completely empty properties. All furniture, boxes, clothing, personal belongings, trash, and other items must be removed before our team arrives. This allows us to thoroughly clean empty-home areas, including the inside of cabinets, drawers, closets, and shelving.

Travel Fee: A $30 travel fee applies to appointments located 30+ minutes from ZIP code 76006. Service availability may also depend on distance and location.

Pet Fee: A $25 pet fee may apply when excessive pet hair or additional pet-related cleaning requires extra cleaning time. The fee does not automatically apply simply because pets are present.

MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT SERVICE EXCLUSIONS

Please Note: Junk removal, furniture moving, heavy wall washing, exterior window cleaning, blinds, excessive trash or debris removal, and other specialty services are not included in Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning. Additional services may require a separate quote.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is intended for completely empty properties. Items or belongings left behind may result in an adjusted quote or may need to be removed before cleaning can begin.
