Our MOVE IN/ OUT Cleaning Package is a comprehensive and detailed cleaning service that goes beyond standard or deep cleaning. Here’s a simple explanation:

What’s Included in a Move In/ Out Cleaning Package?

1. Kitchen:
- Clean inside and outside of appliances (microwave, oven, fridge)
- Wipe down inside and outside cabinets, backsplash, and baseboards
- Scrub sinks and faucets
- Clean light fixtures and switch plates

- Pantry cleaned

2. Bathrooms:
- Scrub and disinfect toilets, tubs, and showers
- Clean grout and tile
- Wipe mirrors and fixtures
- Inside and outside of cabinets

- inside of linen closet

3. Bedrooms & Living Areas:
- Dust and wipe all surfaces, including baseboards and vents
- Clean ceiling fans and light fixtures

4. Whole Home:
- Vacuum and mop all floors thoroughly
- Window sills & latches, and door frames wiped
- Remove cobwebs

- Please note that this package does NOT encompass

TRASH / JUNK REMOVAL.

- Additionally, we do not provide cleaning services for homes that have any type of vermin (e.g., roaches, bed bugs, rodents) or for homes requiring cleanup after pets. Should vermin or unsafe conditions be identified, Top Tier Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service.

Travel Fee Policy
We do have a travel fee starting at $20.00 for homes located outside of our 30-minute driving radius, due to tolls and additional travel time.
The farthest distance we service is up to 1 hour away.

🐾 Pet Fee Policy
We do have a pet fee starting at $25.00 for homes with excessive pet hair.
This includes noticeable buildup on:

Flat surfaces
Baseboards
Inside appliances
Corners and hard-to-reach areas

- Please be advised that for residences with three or more bedrooms, appointments are available exclusively in the morning. No appointments will be scheduled after 12 PM.
