What’s Included in a Platinum Cleaning?

Our Platinum Cleaning Package is our most detailed residential cleaning service. Platinum includes everything in our Standard and Diamond Cleaning Packages PLUS cleaning of accessible blinds, interior window glass, underneath accessible beds, and vacuuming underneath removable couch, sofa, and loveseat cushions.

Clean bed linens may also be changed when replacement linens are provided and readily available.

Platinum Cleaning does not include: pickup or organization, dishes, closet organization, unpacking, furniture moving, wall washing, exterior window cleaning, junk removal, or other specialty services.

Areas underneath beds must be accessible without moving heavy furniture or excessive personal belongings. Couch, sofa, and loveseat cushions must be removable for underneath-cushion cleaning.

Homes with excessive buildup, clutter, or conditions requiring additional labor may require an adjusted quote or an additional Home Reset/Pickup Service. 

 

Please Note: Pickup and organization are not included in the Platinum Cleaning Package. If items need to be picked up before cleaning can begin, an additional Home Reset/Pickup Service may be recommended based on the amount of pickup required. Please include clear photos of these areas with your inquiry.

Please upload clear, current photos of the areas that will be cleaned. Photos help our team evaluate the condition of your home and provide the most accurate quote possible.

Please include photos of the kitchen, bathrooms (including showers/tubs), bedrooms, main living areas, floors, and any areas with noticeable buildup, clutter, pet hair, or specific concerns.

If pickup is needed before cleaning can begin, please make sure the photos clearly show those areas so we can determine whether a Home Reset/Pickup Service may be needed.

Please Note: Your selected date and arrival window are a request only and are not guaranteed. Your appointment is confirmed once a Top Tier Cleaning team member reviews your request and sends your appointment confirmation. Top Tier Cleaning operates Monday–Friday, with the last arrival window ending at 1:30 PM.

Important Service Information

• A $30 travel fee applies to appointments located 30+ minutes from our home service area (ZIP Code 76006).

• A $25 pet fee may apply when excessive pet hair requires additional cleaning time.

• Pickup, decluttering, and organization are not included in the Platinum Cleaning Package. Homes requiring pickup before cleaning can begin may require an additional Home Reset/Pickup Service.

• We do not service homes with active pest/vermin infestations, animal waste, mold, biohazards, or unsafe conditions.

• Requested dates and arrival times are not guaranteed until confirmed by Top Tier Cleaning.
