This form serves as the current waitlist for enrollment at Homegrown Academy 2025-2026 School Year.
Please complete a separate registration form for each child being registered.
If your child is moved from the waitlist to enrolled, a non-refundable registration fee of $100 per student is required at sign-up.
Registration Fee Payment Details
An invoice will be sent to the contact information provided, either via email and/or text message based on your selected preference.
Online Payment: Pay securely online using a credit or debit card. Please note that a 3% processing fee will be applied to all card transactions.
Check Payment: If you choose to pay by check, please note that the mailing address will be included in the invoice sent to your email and/or text. Payments must be mailed within 3-5 business days of registration to secure your child's spot.
If payment is not received within that timeframe via check or online payment, the registration will be considered incomplete and the spot may be released to another applicant.
Monthly Tuition Payment Details:
A monthly invoice will be sent via email and/or text message. Tuition payments must be made by check only. Checks should be made payable to Homegrown Academy Inc. and either handed to a staff member during drop-off or pick-up or can be mailed to the mailing address included in the invoice.
