  • The 9th Annual Sunset Park Puerto Rican Parade and Festival Sunday, June 8th 2025

    The parade will start at 5:00pm sharp. You must arrive at 4:00pm to the staging area on 59th Street between 5th & 6th Avenue, so that you may be guided to your assigned contingent line up location. THIS IS A REGISTRATION FORM FOR MARCHING PARTICIPANTS ONLY. THIS REGISTRATION IS NOT FOR VEHICLES, NOR MOTORCYCLES. Registration closes on Sunday, June 1st, 2025, at Midnight. We will not accept late registrations afterwards nor on the day of the event. Photo Identification must be presented on the day of the parade to be allowed into the staging area. If you do not have a photo ID you will not be allowed to participate and march in the parade.

    1. PARADE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS

    -  The 9th Annual Sunset Park Puerto Rican Parade & Festival will be on Sunday, June 8th 2025. Registrants should check in for Parade starting at 4pm on 59th Street and 5th Avenue. Parade begins at 5pm sharp. No admittance after 5:00pm.

    -   Wristbands will be provided and needed to march in the parade, no exceptions.  All Parade participants must be registered.

    -  All minor children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult and registered as participants by their parent/s or legal guardian/s.

    - El Grito Inc. reserves the right to reject entry of any participant registration without explanation. 

    -  No glass containers allowed. No alcohol or drugs will be tolerated.

    - Participants agree to photographed, filmed, audio recorded for all Parade related events, activities and promotions.

    - All participants agree to reflect a respect for general public decency.  Parade organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual or group that are not abiding by the rules, or for any other reason.

    - This is a celebration of Puerto Rican culture; all participants are expected to represent a sense of pride and respect.

    - All participants take responsibility for their own safety, and agree to consider the safety of other participants and spectators on the day of the Parade.
