This form is for anyone inquiring about a custom wood pendant. After you've submitted the form, we will reach out to you about further steps! Have fun choosing your pendant, the colors you'd like to see in it, the gemstone you want, and any further requests :) There is a minimum of $180 requirement - payment plans are available! The price is dependent on amount of paint/type of gemstone/amount of work that goes into the pendant itself. Custom orders have a 3-8 week turn around time. All pieces come with a Certificate of Authenticity to match it - showing that it's a one of a kind!* The way our customs work is you get to color in your own colors - once you fill out this form, we will send over the template of the one you chose in which you will need to print out & color in! What is your budget? Please note that there is $180 minimum for custom orders - some pendants are listed as more than that due to labor being more intensive. Note: this is simply a template. We are always open to ideas & budgets and would love to create your dream piece!
