    • Term 2 CCA School Bus Registration Deadline: 16 November 2025.
    • Semester 2 School Bus Registration Deadline: 30 November 2025.
    • Please complete one (1) submission per child.
    • Payment should be made to Castle Brother Ltd. before the submission. Please upload your proof of payment (the cheque/ screenshot of the payment) on this form. If you are not sure about the payment details, please refer to the MyStamford School Bus Page.

    SCOPE OF SERVICE
  • AY2025/26 Bus Service - August 2025 to December 2025 (4.5 months)*

  • AY2025/26 Bus Service - January 2026 to June 2026 (5.5 months)*

  • Special Note for G9-G12 Families

    High School students are expected to move into the West Kowloon Campus in Fall 2025. The exact date of the new campus opening will be announced after the summer holiday.

    There is no school bus service for the West Kowloon Campus. However, following the opening of our new West Kowloon Campus, a morning shuttle bus service will be provided on school days, departing at 7:30 am from the Ho Man Tin Campus to the West Kowloon Campus.

    G9-G12 students registering for the full two-way service to the Ho Man Tin Campus at the start of the school year will receive this full service until the new campus opens in Fall 2025. After the new campus opens, these students will be offered a one-way school bus service in the morning to the Ho Man Tin Campus at a rate of 70% of the regular two-way school bus service fee for the particular route. They will continue their journeys to the West Kowloon Campus via the one-way shuttle bus service.

    Please make the full payment for semester one service by July 25, 2025. Once the opening date is finalized, you can subscribe to morning pick-up only or cancel your subscription. Castle Brothers will arrange refunds once the opening date is finalized.
