    OPEN: $15 per person per run  (3 Riders 18+)

    Juvenilie: $10 per person per run (3 riders 13 - 17 years)

    Junior: $10 per person per run (3 riders 12 and Under)

    LED: $10 per person per run (3 riders on leads or with an adult walking with them)

    Cost is per person plus a $15 insurance fee

    (Subject to change according to number of entries & cattle availability) 

  • Important Reminders

    Please read the following carefully!

  • 1. Canteen, Coffe Van & Saturday night dinner will be available all weekend at the grounds catered by local business`.

    2. Cash/Eftpos bar available Saturday Night.

    3. Nymagee Metropolitian Hotel will be open Friday Night for dinner and cold drinks/

    4. Limited stalls & NO powered sites available.  Please BYO yards, firewood & generator

    5. HORSE & CATTLE WELFARE: The Nymagee Gymkhana Committee are extremely lucky to have been kindly donated cattle for the weekend and we must look after them with the upmost care. Any competitor found mistreating cattle or horses while on our grounds will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.  Mistreatment may include hitting or flogging horses, or deliberately running cattle into fences, or spooking them unnecessarily.

    6. WAIVER FORMS: Forms will sent to team managers once teams have been nominated for indiviuals to fill out. Please note that these forms need to be completed before the event otherwise you are unable to compete.

    7. Helmets: Riders under 18 years must wear such a helmet whilst on a horse at any time and if an adult is not wearing a helmet, they MUST wear a cap or hat whilst riding.

    8. Attire: Competitors MUST wear a long sleeved, collared shirt, and if not wearing a helmet MUST wear a cap or hat whilst riding.

    9. Invoices will be sent out 21/08/2026 - 23/08/2026 and payment is to be made within 24 hours.

    10. Any changes or amendments to your entries required after you have submitted your entries, please email nymageegc@outlook.com or call Katie 0437 116 446.
