Ticketing - Scanning pre-purchased tickets and selling tickets purchased at the entrance (2-3x needed per session)
Hospitality (Usher & Guest Services) - Guiding fans through the tournament grounds, showing people to their seats, and answering questions (3-5x per session)
Player Assistance - Helping players with getting their racquets strung, finding their way around the tournament grounds, and other assistance requested (2-3x per session)
Court Operations - Helping prepare the tournament match courts with player towels, water/electrolytes, ice, singles sticks, umpire chairs and other needs (4-6x per session)
Player Transport - Shuttling players from different locations around the tournament grounds via golf cart (3-5x per session)
