Varsity Jacket Terms & Conditions: By placing an order for a custom varsity jacket, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Custom Product Policy - All varsity jackets are custom-made to each purchaser’s specifications. As such, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations will be accepted once your order has been placed. Please be sure of your purchase before submitting your order. 2. Turnaround Time - Production begins only after all required patches, including your Varsity Letter, have been received. Standard turnaround time is 4–6 weeks from the date all required materials are received. Shipping delays or incomplete patch submissions may result in extended production times. 3. Varsity Letters & Patches- Varsity Letters are not provided. These must be earned through your athletic program and mailed to the address below. Any additional IRON ON patches you wish to include must also be mailed in, and will be pressed on free of charge. Please mail all materials to: 12319 Perennial Place, Bradenton, FL 34211. 4. Accuracy of Personalization - All information submitted through the order form, including spelling of names and any custom details is considered final. Please double-check all entries before submitting your order. We are not responsible for spelling errors provided by the purchaser. 5. Price includes: ONE sewn on letter; embroidery of name, class, and number; school name on back; ONE sport name on back. Additional embroidery or letter / patches that require being sewn on will incur an additional fee that will be due prior to work beginning. 6. Acknowledgment - By completing your order, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
