This Puppy Agreement between buyer (named below) and PatriotPups.org (Seller), a Veteran-owned farm in Medaryville, Indiana, raising purebred AKC White German Shepherd pups for Military Veterans & other great Families.
For $2100 Buyer is purchasing a purebred AKC White German Shepherd puppy from Seller. After this agreement is signed, Buyer will pay a $1000 deposit to Seller via either Zelle or Venmo, using Seller’s cell phone number, 214 304 9822. If Buyer is a veteran, Buyer will receive a $100 discount.
Seller warrants it owns both Sire and Dam of this puppy, and has at all times cared well for both. Both are in good health, with active care by professional veterinarian. Since birth, Seller has daily cared for, cooked for, held, petted, played with, loved on, inspected, socialized, prayed for, and actively developed this puppy in Nature, free of cages, crates, chains or kennels.
Puppy will receive and pass a veterinarian health examination and be dewormed at 7-weeks, plus receive normal shots. Puppy will be AKC registered by Seller. Buyer has full breeding rights to puppy.
Buyer commits to care for puppy in Buyer’s home, not to resale or rehome the puppy before at least 6-months, and commits to care for this puppy as a member of the Buyer’s family. Buyer will not cage, chain, abuse, fight or mistreat this puppy/dog at any time, or engage in any illegal or immoral use of this dog. Buyer warrants he is not a felon, nor has been accused of committing any type of human or animal mistreatment, abuse or neglect. Buyer agrees to continue active veterinarian care for this dog.
Seller certifies to his knowledge this puppy is healthy, safe, and free of disease, injury, scar or negative diagnosis of any type. Puppy has shown great development to-date, is full of life, fun, and has socialized perfectly with siblings, older dogs, cats, and humans both in-family and non-family. Still, because this is an animal, Seller cannot warrant or guarantee the longevity or future health of this puppy. Seller has no actual or implied knowledge of anything wrong with this puppy.
If for some emergency reason Buyer wishes to return puppy to Seller up to 1-year of age, Seller will do his best to accommodate, though is not able to return purchase fee to Buyer set forth above, or to pay Buyer for the dog.
The parties agree that any disputes under this Puppy Agreement will be resolved in private by the parties, and if that fails in the Pulaski County (IN) Small Claims Court.
