  • CONTRACT TO EXHIBIT - WINES UNEARTHED at WINE PARIS: 9-11 FEBRUARY 2026 in the International Hall

  • Stand cost: 2.850€ + VAT (at 23% if applicable)

    Under no circumstances will an exhibitor be allowed to take part in the exhibition if an invoice is unpaid.

  • BY SIGNING THE CONTRACT BELOW THE EXHIBITOR AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

    • We confirm our reservation for the stand at Wines Unearthed Wine Paris.
    • We agree to be bound by the Terms of Exhibiting set out by Wine Paris here and confirm these have been read.
    • We agree with the 'Wines Unearthed package 'below and confirm this have been read.
    • We confirm we are looking for distribution in at least three of the following markets. France, United Kingdom, United States, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland, Canada

  • Terms: Contract to be signed by return. Invoice on returned signed contract. Full payment due 30 days from invoice or 31st October 2025 whichever is the sooner.

    Cancellation terms: Between application and 31st October 2025 cancellation charge of 30% of total cost plus VAT if applicable. From 1st November 2025 cancellation charge of 100% of total cost plus VAT if applicable.

  • The criteria for exhibiting at Wines Unearthed at Wine Paris &Vinexpo

    You have to be looking for distribution in at least three of the countries where the top visitors come from for Wine Paris & Vinexpo, ie:

    France, United States, Belgium, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Canada, Sweden, Spain and Switzerland

    • Presentation of your country and your region on the Fair's digital portal
    • Booking of meetings online and sending messages to visitors through the Fair's platform (open one month before the Fair and open until 2 weeks after the fair closes)
    • 75 e-invitations and 3 exhibitor badges per stand
    • One individual unlockable counter, stool, bin corkscrew, spittoon, 3 dropstops, 1 anti-oxidation stopper, bottles of water
    • one ice bucket and ice
    • emptying of spittoons
    • branding on the front of your counter
    • shared storage area with water and shared fridges (close to the area)
    • exhibitor's company name and stand number on the top of your stand (30 characters max)
    • 12 Glasses that are washed 3 times per day
    • Daily cleaning of the area
    • Support of the Wines Unearthed team
    • Wines Unearthed branding of the area
