  • ESCAPE OF WATER — Please locate your stop tap and turn off the water supply immediately to prevent further damage. If you are unable to turn off the water, please contact a local plumber as soon as possible. Be aware that you may incur charges if the water has not been turned off prior to attendance.

  • SEVERE ELECTRICAL FAULT — For your safety: Do not touch any electrical switches, sockets, or exposed wiring. If safe to do so, turn off electricity at the main fuse board. Contact Northern Powergrid immediately. If you suspect smoke, burning or sparking, call Fire & Rescue. Your safety is the priority — do not attempt to investigate or repair the issue yourself.
