Event Room & Attraction Policy
Reservation Period: Party room reservations are limited to a two (2) hour block unless additional time has been requested and paid for in advance.
Guest Arrival Responsibility: The event host (Booking Person) is solely responsible for ensuring timely guest arrival. Late arrivals do not warrant any extension or adjustment of scheduled event times by City Jump Family Entertainment Center.
Party Host & Group Participation: A designated Party Host will accompany the group to scheduled attractions. All participants must remain together as a group for entry and participation.
Conclusion of Event: Party booking end promptly at the conclusion of the reserved time. Guests remaining beyond the contracted time are required to pay applicable admission fees.
Facility Delays: If crowding or operational delays within the facility prevent timely access to scheduled attractions, City Jump Family Entertainment Complex will extend event time to accommodate the delay.
Re-Admission Policy: Guests who wish to remain inside or re-enter the facility after the conclusion of the scheduled party are subject to standard admission fees. It is the responsibility of the Event Host (Booking Person) to ensure all guests are informed of this policy prior to the event.
