1. SEASON
1.1 The season shall run from August 18, 2025, to May 31, 2026, excluding spring break, winter break, national holidays, and other previously notified
1.2 MT13SA will focus on the Player's physical, technical, tactical, and emotional development.
2. PAYMENTS AND FEES
2.1 Registration Fee: $200.00 (non-refundable), due by August 1, 2025.
2.2 Monthly Tuition: $150.00, from August through May (10 total
payments).
2.3 Late Fees: A $25.00 late fee will be applied if payment is not received
by the 6th of each month.
2.4 No Refunds will be issued under any circumstances (illness, injury, or
personal reasons).
3. PLAYER REGULATIONS
3.1 The Player agrees to:
- Attend all practices, games, and events punctually.
- Wear the full official uniform at all activities.
- Follow coaches' instructions respectfully.
3.2 The Player may not attend tryouts or training with other clubs without
written authorization.
3.3 Two consecutive unexcused absences may result in termination of this
contract.
4. LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Ensure the Player's punctuality, respectful behavior, appropriate
communication, and payment
compliance.
4.2 Avoid interference, instructions, or comments during practices and
games.
5. TOURNAMENTS AND TRAVEL
5.1 MT13SA will select players for tournaments based on performance and
commitment.
5.2 All travel and lodging expenses will be the responsibility of the Legal
Representative.
5.3 MT13SA may modify rosters based on technical criteria.
6. CONTRACT TERMINATION
6.1 Grounds for termination include violation of rules, inappropriate behavior,
or repeated late payments.
6.2 Early termination fee: $600.00 plus any outstanding balance.
6.3 A written request is required to officially withdraw from the program.
7. UNIFORMS
7.1 The uniform must be purchased separately prior to the first training
session.
7.2 It is strictly prohibited to alter the logo or wear unauthorized apparel.
8. LEGAL TERMS
8.1 This contract is governed by the laws of the State of Florida; jurisdiction
is in Miami-Dade County.
8.2 The Legal Representative will assume legal costs arising from any
breach of contract.
8.3 Any modification to this contract must be in writing and signed by both
parties.
