2025 SPEED INDOOR NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS EVENT ENTRY FORM SUBMISSION
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING- FEES: $70 per event ($350 max for inline $210 max for quad). If you skate inline, your first quad event is free.

DEADLINE TO RECEIVE IS JUNE 10, 2025.

A $50 PER SKATER LATE FEE WILL BE ASSESSED TO ANY ENTRY RECEIVED PAST THE DEADLINE.

ALL LATE FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ANY SKATER FROM ASSESSED CLUB SKATING AN EVENT AT THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS.

Late fees will be assessed between JUNE 11 - JULY 1. Entries received after JUNE 24 will not be entered in the National Program. No entries accepted after JULY 1.
