Nominations should be 8th grade students for the 2025 - 2026 School Year
Deadline to nominate a student is September 17, 2025

YMCA Youth Trust is a retreat-based, inclusion-focused program for 8th grade students. Each middle school is encouraged to nominate up to FOUR students maximum, two male students and two female students, to participate in this year's program. (If you nominate more than 4, we will invite your first 4 nominated students and keep the others as a wait list.)

This year's 8th grade retreat will take place October 24-27, 2025, and we ask that schools excuse the student's absence on Monday, October 27th (the YMCA will provide an excuse letter).

To nominate four students, please complete this form four unique times. After nomination, the YMCA team will reach out to the student's family to confirm participation. If the student cannot participate, we will reach back out to you directly to ask you to nominate a replacement.
