VENDOR INFORMATION  

 The Deer Capital Tourism Association would like to invite you to apply to become a vendor at this annual event.  This year’s show will be held Friday and Saturday, September 25th & 26th, 2026 at the Pushmataha County Fairgrounds, 710 S.W. D St. in Antlers, Oklahoma. Festival times are Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.  Vendor set up will be Thursday from 9 am to 7:00 pm.  

Vendors, booth spaces are reviewed and accepted on a first come, first served basis with duplicate product vendors being limited as much as possible. Products & services relating to outdoor activities will be given priority.

BOOTH INFORMATION: (We do prefer you decorate your booth in a outdoor like theme, such as camo, fall leaves...)

First time exhibitors: submit a few photographs of booth set-up and products, not to be returned.

Product description and price range should be clear and concise.

Tables/Chairs/Tents:

You may bring your own table and chairs.  There are some available for your use if needed. Please, bring your own tent for outdoor use, Thank you!

Indoor booth spaces 8’ x 8’, Outdoor tent spaces 10' x 10’, and Food Trucks are 20' x 20'.

Four Spaces	$90.00	$110.00

50% of booth fee is due with application; simply mail the fee to Deer Festival at 610 SW D St., Antlers, Ok if you have any trouble submitting the payment online or bring into the Wildlife Heritage Center Museum. 74523, the balance due at check-in. If cancellation occurs, vendor will forfeit the 50% paid up front.

No additional percentage will be charged on sales.

APPROVAL PROCESS:

Entries are for the current years show only. Exhibitors are invited on an annual basis.

Vendors must have prior approval to display at festival.

Vendor booth assignment number will be given at the registration table when you check in the day of the festival.

Release Statement:

• By signing below, I agree to all rules set forth by the Festival Committee of the Deer Capital Tourism Association. Acceptance constitutes a contract to use the space assigned by the festival committee. 
  
  
• Approved vendors must check-in at the festival registration booth prior to beginning of festival and all payments received.

• Vendors are responsible for all display items, pricing each item, materials and appearance of the space during and at the close of the show, and attending both days of the show. 

• Vendors are also responsible for collecting and submitting city, county and state sales tax.

• The Deer Capital Tourism Association and all members including the festival committee and City of Antlers are not responsible in any way for personal injuries, property damage or theft which may occur to me or my associates as a result of my participation in this festival. 

• All images presented in this application or taken during the festival may be used for promotional purposes by the Deer Capital Tourism Association, or The Wildlife Heritage Center Museum.

• No refunds will be issued but for a rejected application. Otherwise no refunds any reason including, but not limited to, rain, bad weather or events that adversely affects the festival in any way.  Reminder that this is a rain or shine event.

The committee reserves the right to reject any application.
