All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of three (3) judges. Entries will be judged based on the following criteria: booth build, shipping, employee travel, promotional items and handouts, and on-site assessment during the MEDevice Boston 2025 event. The winner will be selected and announced on October 1, 2025 at the Innovation Awards Ceremony. The decision of the panel is final and non-appealable.
