Vacation Bible School 2025 Registration

July 7-12; 5pm-7pm CST
We are so excited to get the opportunity to spend some time teaching, learning, and having fun together as we learn about the wonderful stories God has in store for us! Each day will be a different topic filled with snacks, chats, activities, skits, and prayer. Monday through Friday we will explore the Word of God through our Mountain of Miracles program and experience interactive stories. Your child will be placed into a group and chaperoned through different story-stations by one of our guides. After our final day (July 12th)we will invite you on July 13th to join us as we support your children in putting together a program just for you- sharing all they've learned and love throughout the week!

MOUNTAIN OF MIRACLES
At this Vacation Bible School kids will explore Mountain of Miracles, a place where God’s love is rock solid! They’ll love learning more about Jesus through Bible stories from the story of Elijah. Five days of Christ-centered activities will help kids see that God is always with us.

Bible Stories/Topics:
Day 1: Facing Challenges with God
Day 2: Experiencing God’s Providing in Zarephath
Day 3: Battles of the Gods
Day 4: Elijah Runs Away from Everyone
Day 5: Elijah and Elisha cross the Jordan River Together

Stations:
Kids will experience each day’s Bible lesson through story-stations at Mountains of Miracles VBS!

Opening Program – Start the day by introducing kids to the VBS songs, memory verse, and call and response. Kids will also watch a skit that introduces the daily theme.

Bible Story Station – Experience interactive Bible stories that bring each day’s Bible story to life.

Snack Station – Enjoy healthy and refreshing snacks that reinforce each day’s Bible story.

Craft Station – Kids show their creative side while learning more about the daily theme.

Game Station – Burn off extra energy while experiencing the Bible story in a new way.

Closing Program – Wrap up the day with more songs and skits. Kids will review what they learned and have a chance to make a difference by giving to our mission project.

While the programs will provide snacks each day for the children in attendance, meals are not to be expected, nor will they be provided throughout the duration of the program.
In an effort to ensure your child’s safety. We ask that you share with us who will pick up the child at the end of each day. Provide the full name and relation to child in the text box provided. Note: At pick-up a form of identification will be required in order to send the child home with the appropriate adult(s). Should someone not listed attempt to pick up the child, the Parent/Guardian listed, or emergency contact listed will be contacted immediately. *

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I Affirm that I am aware of the drop off and pick up times of Vacation Bible School 2025. I acknowledge that if I am late to pickup my child the parent/guardian ,or emergency contact, will be contacted to assume responsibility for registered child and pickup child immediately (refer to pickup requirements). Should I be unable to pickup registered child consistently my child may be deregistered from further participation. I acknowledge the need for authorities to be contacted should child not be picked up and parent/guardian, or emergency contact, not be responsive to attempts to communicate with those responsible for registered child.

ADDITIONALLY , I Affirm that I am aware of pick up requirement pertaining to a need to show identification prior to picking up. Registered child. Without identification child will not be permitted to leave the premises. One of listed authorized pickup personnel will be contacted and identification will be required.

Vacation Bible school, 2025 is brought to you by the Illinois Seventh Day Adventist Conference. The program will be solely biblical based and parents will be invited to join after the final day – July 12, 2025.
